We guarantee that the product we ship, will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product or issue a credit in the amount of the purchase not including shipping. Claims must be made within five (5) days of the shippers recorded delivery date.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 15 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip with an approved authorization code entered in the appropriate box on your packing slip.
